crew locked up in melee, takes a prep fire shot

I included the picture in the zip.

I was playing Cactus Farm and a German crew that I had locked up in melee took a prep fire shot at an adjacent crew exposed Churchill.

This appears to be a bug. I could not find any similar statements regarding this occurrence.

Attached is a screen shot and the save game from that moment.
