Ghost Installation Issue Strikes

I am also experiencing this issue on a Windows 10 Machine.

No other product has exhibited this problem.

Uninstall and re-install did not resolve.

I do not have an alternate computer to rectify the problem.

Although this is the only Matrix/Slitherine Product exhibiting this problem, I attempted the suggested resolution and was UNSUCCESSFUL!

Please fix the problem.
