Frozen T34 in Possel's Picking

The T-34 on the road is in "Motion" but hadn't moved for a few moves.

Well, I can't see it move sine before the Russian Movement segment starts, the scenario is over...just because sometimes the AI AFV is sitting in a hex doesn't mean it needs to do anything all the time.
