Question about ports

Post by fetmun »

Can someone please answer me, what means the dot on the port (anchor) icon in a friendly or enemy hexes controlled. I am noticed that anchor icon could be with this dot and could be without. What the difference ? Look for the attachment if you need. Thanks.
