Japanese Type 3 Mine

Hi guys
Playing as Japan for a while now and still don't know how to use the type 3 mine
Does someone know how to use them ?

I think it is air-deployed mine.

Select bomber unit (maybe Betties can carry them), select City attack -> if mines are available, there should be "Mine port" selectable.

Note: Also, air dropped mines are an option here if a city with a port is targeted. Air dropped mine
missions may not be flown before 1943.

Mines are a bit bizarre in this game. In my mod, I made air drop mines from 12/42 ( both sides as stock - did not change it as it must have some hard coding mysteries around it, I suspect) a little bit more dangerous (accurate),assuming they can be dropped in more important places. B29 killed a lot of ships by dropping mines, and J has less capability and is not so good, but a little better than stock.

The same as for any City Attack I think.
