Howto re-download game?

Hi, I originally downloaded the game and installed it into a VM, which I've used to move the game across my computers as I get new equipment. Unfortunately, I've gotten to the point where this setup is no longer working for me adequately.

I originally purchased the game back in 2009 using Digital River for the download. Unfortunately, I can't get the game to download again 11 years later. Are there any options to download the game from Matrix anywhere? I can provide my order number and cd key if needed.

Have you tried registering AE in the members area?

I had done that ages ago when I tried this and abandoned the hunt. I'll try that again.

Slowly remembering why I gave up on the members area:

- Tried signing up with my usual username, said it was in use.
- Followed the "Forgot password" procedure, and reset the password.
- Still couldn't log in
- Decided to start from scratch with a new account, ended up with an "The request is invalid." message on the signup form.

Any other ideas?

If you send an email to slitherine support with your order # and other information such as the installation key, they will send you a new link to use to redownload the game. What I've done personally to avoid having to do this is I keep the installation file on my personal dropbox for if I ever need it.
