Whatever happened to swift and merciless?[:)]

It's deception. Steve will be lethargic by the time the game starts, then Gorn The Graceful will appear, moving with dazzling speed and decisive power.

Or something like that. [:D]

Lethargic? Probably in the final stages of rigor mortis [;)] Hoping they both are able to get over this
bump in the road patiently and efficiently.

He may be lethargic but I'm cold blooded. Fortunately it's headed for the mid seventies today. Unfortunately that means a little yardwork.

I think I'll use the vanilla stock map for the first turn and if no error change to chemkid's art for the second turn test.

I think the progress should be labeled glacial speed. [8D]

Why? It's just standard photographer garb. Nothing weird about it.

Indeed. The photographer does not wear any uniform. Hence I was referring to the uniforms worn by the marching troopers.

A few days ago, I heard that there was a bill in the Georgia General Assembly to make "upskirting" a crime. The bill was introduced in response to a Georgia Court of Appeals decision that the current law that would seem to apply doesn't specifically prohibit the practice. I'm not sure what the status of the bill is today, but I don't think it's been signed into law by the governor yet.

I don't think he's upskirting, though. Upskirting is a surreptitious act in which the perpetrator tries not to be noticed or caught red-handed. But if he is upskirting, he's a serial upskirter .... and no doubt has the red hand of chronic self abuse.

Ah. I see. You can forgive my overlooking the obvious solution that you had, in fact, figured it out. You see, Ormster old chap, we don't hear so much about the good ole "Dry Swedish wit" or sense of humor. Come to think of it, I'd be hard pressed to characterize Swedish (or other Scandinavian) humor at all. Care to enlighten?

Well, speaking as someone who has...erm...a friend who is a perv like you..your friend, I can attest that the red handed condition does abate with time and diminished self...erm...abuse of oneself.

But the hairy palms are permanent. Uh...so says my friend.

I've heard that Scandinavian wit is dark and morbid. That explains a lot. [:D]

Whereas, 'dry English' wit is redundant. [8D]

I think this is mostly a language issue. Not all that many out in the big world can Swedish hence they do not understand Swedish humour. Swedes, on the other hand, do usually understand English hence we do enjoy the English humour and their dry wit. At the same time we are terrible with Italian language and therefore we do not get Italian humour.

John Cleese, for example, is a major star in Sweden and I actually think he might be more popular here than in Britain.

I wonder if anyone, even Gorns, understands Gornish humour?

I hesitate to be impolite, but you misspelled humor four times in your reply.
