And my most disliked general...

There is a story about Irish cabinet minister who was IRA commander during Irish Independence War (Michael Collins-era stuff for those who like movies). Percival had been CO of British troops in Ireland..and after he surrendered in Singapore and was POW, he got telegram from this Irish guy.."congratulating him for brilliant defence of Singapore"... Sarcasm and more... :D

Bit of "trick" with units dedicated to Naval Search and ASW, setting 50% NS (with arc if enough planes) and 10% ASW without. They then gain both skills pretty well:
