The emergency generator but it could also be used to thin the bunker fuel.

It is amphibious invasion control ship.

It can be used as it's own, still gives bonus if in same hex as invasion. It can be loaded with Amphibious FORCE HQ (not to be confused with Amph Corps HQ that is just normal HQ) to get extra benefits.

I usually have it in same hex as additional amphibious TF with Force HQ with e.g. CVEs and remember to set "do not unload".
