LSD Landing ship dock says in manual it holds other landing craft.Does this mean I can load LST,LSI,ETC in it?

No. Various ships intended for amphibious use have inherent built-in landing craft and/or they offload directly onto the beach. I believe the landing craft carried by LSDs as mentioned in the manual are considered intrinsic to the ship and are abstractly represented in the game by its faster off-loading rate. It doesn't load craft to be used in an invasion, it's but superior capacities/unload rates are a function of those type of craft being considered organically attached to the LSD as part of its landing compliment. The various landing types the Allies get in pools are independent landing craft that were not attached to any larger ship.

Another example is the APAs and LSI(L)s that the Allies get. When the ships are reconstructed to those designations, many more Higgins boats or other landing craft and cranes/davits to handle them are added to the ships. You don't see them on the screen as they are abstracted in a faster unload rate.
