Question - Can you change sides during a game?

Question - Can you change sides during a game?

For example, can you play the Axis until the US enters and then switch to allies. If so, how? If not, I suggest it as an option. Thanks.

Yeah, I'd like to see this as well, it would be great for solo play. Control Axis until say, first turn of 1942 and do your absolute best, and then switch to Allies and see if you can take down the monster you've created.

If the USA declares war on Canada the USA joins the Axis. I did that in a MP game just to see what happened. I was surprised!
