Port Supply overlapping Main Supply in Finland?

Hi Alvaro,

I'm a bit confused with Supply in Finland. We are on the latest patch (not beta). The Soviet troops seem to be preferring port supply from Oulu than Main Supply from the USSR. The problem is that the troops are only receiving Basic Supply, no reinforcement and the penalties that comes with Basic Supply. I compared the situation in our game with a hotseat game and the situations don't match for some reason. I will post a series of pictures comparing both situations.
