False safety

My very low reconnaissance level may mean high reconnaissance of my adversary.
Both of them should be shown in the information panel.
Only showing mine may be a false safety.

recon levels are pretty easy to realize.

If you are near their land their level is high, yours is low.

For example as Germany invading Northern England yours will be low. You have no land times that can launch recon planes. The UK is high. They control the land and have coast watchers, recon planes, patrol boats.

That is the easiest way to think about it.
