Not sure if anyone else has noticed this...

Once Russia is able to build armies...all small corps can be disbanded for 90PP...basically the full cost of a half army, rather than the 45PP that a half army provides.
So disbanding 2 lets you build a full army.

I NEVER noticed this. Not sure if it should be that way, though I am good with understanding that. Helps clean up corps that seems to last till the end of game.

This is EXTREMELY useful for those 20% corps...disband 2 20% corps, build a 40% army. That is a massive upgrade.

Though be careful you don't disband so many units you have an issue slowing the German Juggernaut
