AI turn resolution gets stuck

Game gets stuck on AI turn, on April '44. Tried to get past it 3 times and one time as it was stuck I was able to move AI units around which was weird.

Ok this has to due with the new capital moving rule.....

Which version are you playing Matrix or Steam? I have to give you modified game files to address this issue.
It only happens when there is 1 city left and the unit is surrounded.

Its Steam version, it would be nice to finish the campaign. If there is going to be patch to this issue I can wait or would that not apply with the save file ?

Hi Alvaro, I'm having the same issue - turn gets stuck on AI resolution no matter what I do.

I see you posted a fix in the other forum but it looked to be for Warplan original, I'm encountering the issue on Warplan Pacific.

My game situation: playing as Japan, Feb 14 1943, China is down to one city.

Can you PM me the fix for WPP? I have the steam version.
