Iraq bug in Winter Scenario.

Found this out in some testing...very odd.

If the Axis capture Cairo OR the Allies declare war on Iraq...it will surrender to the Allies automatically.



Easy to test...

Start scenario.
Change ungarrison Italian infantry in Tobruk.
Send some random UK units in Egypt away...so Italy can declare war.
Italy declares war...amphibiously invade Alexandria.
Next turn move to Cairo...

Events state...

Iraq joins the Axis.
Iraq Division gets moved to a friendly hex.
Iraq surrenders to the Allies.
