Hex A+B attacked C, the combat result was a breakthrough, which caused all Ge units in Hex C to be shattered.
In the following advance after combat phase, I advanced 1 unit from Hex A to C, another 1 unit from Hex B to C.
Then I could advance 1 unit from Hex A to B, did this work as RAC for the Hex A to B part?

I didn't find the answer in the RAC. Hence, a clarification is welcome, thanks.

IMO yes.

The thing is that you may move all or any of your units that can blitz to the C hex , and then move another hex in any valid direction, regardless of ZOC (not working for this). So in truth what the game assumes is that you moved the last unit to C and then to B, IMO that is correct.

That is, provided that that unit can blitz, which seems to be the case.
