Jastrzab - Sunk. Ex-USS S25, she was sunk by mistake by HMS Seagull and the Norwegian destroyer St Albans while on convoy escort duty for PQ15 in the Norwegian Sea 2 May

Escort Destroyer:
Kujawiak – Sunk. Formerly HMS Oakley, she was mined in the Mediterranean while taking part in the convoy operation Harpoon on 16 June
