Surely it means looks. Do you find a young lady sexy because:

a) She looks as fit as a butchers dog
b) She carries a knife in her handbag, or
c) She has a past?...
d) Other - not sure what that is...er brains perhaps (so technology in an aircraft?)

Maybe you do go for b) or c) or d) but I go on good old fashioned base instinct [;)]
