How to get patch 3.2.0?

Trying to play a network game with my friend so trying to get to same version. We area at 3.0.2 but we want to use latest witch appears to be 3.2.0. Where the hell do you get this patch 3.2.0? Automatic download of update selections don't work so I am searching for this manually. Most recent reference by Shannon says it was on some drop box. Where to get it now?
Can we play version 3.2.0 or do we have to move to version 4.0?
