5.0.0.1 Strange behaviour of CAP function

In my game or in my general game settings, I am not sure, which one is deciding, CAP for CW is disabled for all phases.

Surprisingly MWIF still asks for CAP at GSup. The only CW air units in range are two tiny CVP on CV Furious in EMed. Questions:
1. Why does MWIF ask for CAP, if disabled? (I am happy for MWIF to ask in this situation, btw)
2. Why does MWIF not ask for CAP at Paradrop stage on the same hex in the same impulse immediately the phase/stage/step before?

As I understand it the check boxes in the bottom section means CAP will be SKIPPED for that phase. So if you want to be asked for CAP for paradrop then that box needs to be unchecked.

I have no idea why, if the box for ground support was checked, why CAP for that phase wasn't skipped? Based on my understand it should have been. Unless, there's another allied major power who's skipped CAP for ground support is unchecked?

No, no other Allied MP had CAP for GSup unchecked.
