Bug: Game spent most of my oil unduly + Can somebody add 6 oil?

We are playing 4.2.2 (I have another game with 4.4.1, not that one)

We paid petrol, but then my mate made a mistake so we reloaded.

When I was going to pay for the GE petrol I realised I had much less than I should. The amount lost was equal or similar to the already spent before we exited. I had to pay for GE and IT twice (GE oil).

I am reporting because it is a bug, so that it can be looked upon, but what I would like for now, if possible is adding the 6 lost petrol to GE so that we can go on playing right.

To my surprise, my opponent's file (after his own checking) showed a wrong number but still 4 oil higher than my own save of the same month and phase.

So I will upload it here for your edition (if possible) , I was mistaken, in my save there were not 6 oil less but 7, so in this file it should be added a total of 3 oil. Preferently in GE cities away from England.

It would be nice if we can have it for our Saturday's game since it seems we will not play our Tuesday's. We would try to do it ourselves with the Layman's guide, but my mate is afraid that that could make the file corrupt and we believe that you could edit it safely.

Being a network game file I wasn't (or didn't know how to properly) load it. I did however make a "blind" edit to add 3 oil points in Berlin. Without being able to load the file I was unable to confirm if this edit worked. Good luck and please let me know either way.

I never know whether to post these posts in Tech Support or NP Tech Support because I don't know if the bug is in all modes or just in NP.

Maybe I should have put all my saves in NP forum since I only play NP?

Finally we decided to take the risk of corrupting the file and my opponent edited it. It works by now, we pray it will not cause problems in the future.
