Search and Seizure Not working in V4.2.3.2

So we're getting Search and Seizure option for Japan to S&S BP's lent to China, but we can't proceed with game when selection Yes or No. our Version is V4.2.3.2 (Debug) at the moment, playing Solitaire not Net play.

Has this been coded correctly for anybody maybe in a newer version? what are people doing to solve for this?

In my understanding S&S option has been not fully coded yet. It is probably better to just not enable it for the moment.

You can disable it from the optional screen by clicking on the relevant box.
