Where are the French city based volunteers?

Started a new 5.0.0.10 game
Sep/Oct 1939 went for 11 impulses :shock:
In production the French city based volunteers are not showing up
I could produce the German SS Holland Garrison but the French are not showing
The production form seems to think that they are available sort of

The French CBV are Free French units. Or should be. So they should not be available until after France is conquered, or Vichyfied. If my memory serves, that is.

This has been bugged in older versions. And in some versions a few has been available as French, and a few as Free France. I do not now how the CBV status is in the latest version.

If you check the sheet, you will see a mountain unit of cost 0, a CAV and a MOT as well, cant they be?

The French CBV are Free French units. In the production form, sometimes it still says 0. However, if you go to that line, the unit itself is not available to build. This is a remaining very small bug.
