Two clear supply bugs

In the file included you can see that units in Brest are not in supply even though there is a sea connection and an SCS at sea (optional that requires a conv a trs or an amph, not selected).

All the same, Axis units in Tunisia are OOS no matter that some of them are on the coast and some even on a port. There is the Vichy Fleet in the Western Med, and Vichy is at war and hostile. So supply should arrive as well.

Another case, same file. Units in Denmark should have supply.

Agree these are supply bugs. I checked the file with past versions of MWiF and found they are there for 5.0.0.9, but only the Tunisia bug exists in 4.2.2.2.
