Changing Major Power colors

I have owned MWiF forever, bur never really got into so I am now starting.

One thing I noticed is that years ago someone was working on changing the colors of the Major Powers. How hard would this be to do? I would rather have my Commonwealth be a light tan than the dark blue it is now.

There is a posted mod that allows you to change them to Khaki. To find it, you need to set the search interval at the top right to "all" instead of 365.

I thought Khaki in Flames was just another ADG optional stuff and didn't know what it did.

I just like the tan better than the dark blue.
