Note: the unit in Malta is desorganized but (according to MWIF) in supply
Note 2: At this time it's still France, not Free France.
Is this a deviation or a bug?

Option 12: (Limited access across straits) a
unit can’t trace supply across a straits hexside, if
the presence of enemy units would prevent you
tracing an overseas supply path into that sea
area. Clarification: If also playing with Limited
Overseas Supply, then all aspects of that rule
pertain to the sea area (e.g., a friendly convoy, TRS,
and AMPH must be present). If 2 sea areas are
crossed by a straits (e.g., Gibraltar), then supply can
be traced through either of them. Supply is blocked
only if both sea areas are interdicted.

2.4.2 Option 11: You can only trace a supply path
overseas if each sea area you trace it through
contains a friendly convoy, TRS or AMPH.

I am not sure who "your" is here, whether one of those who argue that you can trace supply or one of those you say you can't. But that FAQ answer makes clear that you CAN use non-cooperating convoys to trace supply.ORIGINAL: Joseignacio
