Graf Spee

Post by Gratch1111 »

So I tried to move it into the Atlantic, it is a 5-5, moved through North sea, wasnt detected, moved to BoB was intercepted but no hits. Now I cant move to the next sea zone, but only move back to Kiel at the end of turn.

So If I am intercepted I cant continue even if no hits or dis org?

When you move German surface ship from Kiel to BoB you can’t go between Plymouth and Brest, you must go via Faeroes Gap.

You can return to Kiel even if there are enemy ships intercepting you, assuming they don’t sink you.

I usually send German ships far to the west only after France is taken so that they can return to Brest. Common move is to attack ships in Faeroes Gap and then return to Brest. Next turn they can sail high box BoB or North Atlantic. In naval combat you usually want your ships to be in high box. And all ships in the same box. And if you have planes, same box with ships or enemy with planes chooses only boxes with ships and sinks them.
If your attack is going really well, it's an ambush.
