printer friendly pdf rules

Since it's impossible to find a phisical copy of this PC game (with the printed manual) do you know if there is a printer friendly version of the PDF rules? (I mean a pdf that I can print and assemble like a book so with the first and last page, the second and the penultimate on the back etc...)
