Faulty exe. file?

Can't get the game to run from either the game menu or quick start. Works fine the first time, but then doesn't work on subsequent occaisions. Thought it was a faulty digital download, but same happens with the hard copy too. Only thing that cures it is a fresh install. Any ideas?[:(][:(]

Could you please send a copy of your log files (located under the program directory in a folder called "Logs") along with a DxDiag file (see sticky on this form for details on creating this file) to support@matrixgames.com?

We should be able to take a closer look and see what is causing your issues.
