Problem

Whenever I hit the play button I get the following message :

TSJC.exe - common language runtime debugging services.
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.


What to do?

It sounds like the installation for either Microsoft .NET or Managed DirectX was either skipped or incomplete.

You can try to run the installation again and make sure to answer "Yes" to all installation questions. If that still does not work, you can install Microsoft .NET 1.1 from Windows Update. You can install the Managed DirectX by running the MSI file located in the installation package.

I can install microsoft.net as the program says me to do so. There is mention of DirectX, but no automatic installation. How can I retrieve it as I don't see the MSI file.

There is an attachment from Erik Rutkins that you can download to install the file manually.
