No letters in the " for liberty " start menue

Hi , just purchased "For Liberty " and after installation i have no letters in the startmenue and cant start the game.
The installer comes with the game "1848 " and this game works perfect, any ideas please ?
The liberty demo did work fine for me.
I have xp, 2 gb ram and a radeon 1650.
