Help! Can't get serial number!

I purchased the game and started it downloading and, as the family was in a rush to leave the house, closed the download page with my serial number. I did not get an e-mail with my serial number or saying I had made a purchase, although I did get one with my coupon code for being a previous owner.

I tried to have the serial number resent, but when I give DR my e-mail and last five digits of my credit card I get a page to redownload John Tiller's WW2 Campaign series, which is the last game I bought from you. It doesn't seem to register that I bought Crown of Glory or give me any serial numbers (even for Tillers), although my credit card HAS been charged.

Help! I just want to play.

If you can't find your serial number by going to www.findmyorder.com with your order info, then please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your personal info and I'll try to look it up manually in the store database.

Awesome!

Got my number and am installing now. 

I'm always so careful about copying my serial number out and double checking stuff like my e-mail address.  I feel like an idiot.
