Editor?

Does this game have an editor? Are units editable? How about leaders?

Hi

There is no editor but the game is easely modable just using notepad, excell...
There is already a bunch of mods: leaders, units, events, complete scenarios... nearly everything.
Some of the best mods are even added on official patches as game imporvements.
