Purchase Upgrades didnt get them

I have a saved file that when run clearly shows that on that turn
purchased upgrades are not received. They are also removed forever
from the available upgrades

I don't remember a bug like this ever being reported, but I should ask anyway: you are fully patched up, right? (I ask in case this was something that was fixed already.)

If so, please zip the files together and send them to ericbabe@west-civ.com, with a clear subject label (e.g., "Files containing FOF bug?") and a detailed description within the e-mail. Eric can then take a look (though, since he is currently off-internet for the next week or so and will have work backed up, he will not be able to give you an immediate response, unfortunately).

I will check again but I believe I am up to date
I was quite surprised myself because not only is it a repeatable bug
but the game should be stable by now.
Possibly I am doing something that stresses the code.
I have a reputation for doing that =)

I will do as you request. I like the game very much, even tho it has many quirks
and is not exactly historical.
It is however, fun

I have to say, what you're reporting surprises me for the very reason you state: the game has been out a while. If what you've encountered is indeed a bug, it's one that I don't think has been reported before. Which upgrade is it?
