Need to redownload game

I have this game but I lost it in a computer crash. I tried to redownload via Digital River but it says it doesnt recognize my order number. Have no clue where to go from here.

Any help would be nice.

You should post in the main "General Discussion" area, since your post is much more likely to be seen there.
