Found some bugs

Hi there, I really like this game. I bought it many years ago but did not have the time to dig deep. Now I dug deep and found a very strategic game, dying to find a PBEM opponent. However, I also found some bugs that I want to report.

1) The ships do not sink runners I placed runners in same tile as ships many many turns and they never get sunk. They can only be sunk by the blockade run missions i.e. the "danger %". I tried setting the value

PercentShipSinksRunner 25

to different values in the AcwConstants script but no changes I can not seem to get any runners sunk by ships.

2) The danger % rolls seems to not be accurate. If I only do missions with blockade runners with 10-20% danger I rarely if ever get sunk. I can operate my 2 starting blockade runners for years, they never get sunk

Edit: I have now managed to get one runner sunk when the danger was 40%. At 10% and 20% it never happens.

3) VP for the anaconda and for blockading sea ports does not seem to work I blockaded 4 CSA ports out of 8 as USA and never saw the VP affected in the nation screen of the game. I know the ports are blockaded due to the low amount of goods CSA now get from Britain, France, Europe.

Suggestions:

1) if there ever is another patch that enabled ships to sink runners the PercentShipSinksRunner value set to 25 seems way too high. An idea would be that only ships that are NOT on blockade mission would try to sink runners, then the 25% chance seems more reasonable. And that would make more strategy, as USA u would have to decide whether to start going after runners OR to blockade ports.

I stand corrected. It seems runners can get sunk by enemy fleets but way way more seldom than the script says.
