Difficulty Level

Post by kirk1226 »

Difficulty Level-and subtracts from every category
of net income each turn for human-controlled players. The three easiest difficulty levels – Tutorial, Corporal, and Sergeant – provide bonuses for the human player. My questions here are how much is subtracted from exactly what? Are they referring to ones net income of horses, money iron and labor? So that if your bringing in 500 money a month, if your playing level captain then you would subtract 40 percent(just throwing a number out there)from that net total? What bonuses are provided to the human player at corp. and seargent levels? Thanks kirk hutzel

Yea, it is subtracted from your total, it will show up on the Nation tag.

You will get a hit on all "income", not only cash, but also labour, iron and horses.
Not sure how big a hit you take for every setting, but just look at the Nation tag and it is listed there.

Sorry I could not be more helpful as to how big a hit you take for the different diff.settings, but was short on time this "morning".
But here is a Pic from Major difficulty;
