Save game files?

Hey guys it has been years since I have played Tillers engine. Just having an issue with loading saved games? Save them but on re-entering the program I can't seem to find the file. Is it suppose to be a .btl? or a .btt?
What is the difference?

When are where are autosaves created? Using Windows 8 :(
