can you change resolution when it opens?

the map is super small and my eyes arent as good as they used to be when this came out

is there a way to make it when you click the icon it opens up so the map is bigger?

I changed my desktop resolution to play this game to 1366 by 768 from normally 1920 by 1080.
This makes the units bigger,I had same problem everything was too small,is better at lower resolution.

Another thing you can try is Windows Magnifier,use WINDOWS key and + ,and WINDOWS and esc to turn off.

Maybe someone has another suggestion as well.

Just tried something else,and it works.
In Windows Display settings,right click desktop to bring up.
Then choose scale and layout,then pick 175%.
Works great on this game.
Much better than changing resolution,even the 2D mode is quite legible.
