Patch 1.5 - Comprehensive?

If I just install the original base game, can I install patch 1.5 only to get me fully updated or do I have to have the other patches installed first?

We've made all our patches cumulative, which is why they are all way too large. But we figured it was better than people trying to figure out how to install them.
