rebuil;ding forts

Not sure how this works
I am playing the central P
Defending in the west
My fort has been reduced to zero.
I can not seem to rebuild it nor am I able to entrench in that hex??
Am I missing something./
By the way this game realy captures the feel of WW1
anyone up for a game with areeeal newby?

You should be able to entrench as far as I recall - but you can never rebuild forts.
