I know of this game, is Frank also working on his Civil War game as well, or was that someone else?

He is suppose to be making a new version of Sumpter to Appomattox, for which I also paid for in full .[;)]

I game that I'd be willing to pay $100+ for would be a new version of Sumter to Appomattox that includes a tactical level of play. Frank Hunter doing the strategic part and John Tiller doing the tactical part. It would be pure nirvana. I can dream.

I dust off the last version of ACW every six months or so and am still impressed with its gameplay. It's got longer legs (and more fun) than anything I've seen the last few years.

Try AGEOD'S ACW which was just released.   Best civil war game I have ever played and I too have recently played the old 90's ACW (which was the best civil war game up until now).

Anyone interested in a PBeM game of Frank Hunter's ACW?

I've recently redone some of the images in the game. These are just some of them. While I'm learning and fiddling with FoF and AACW right now, I would still like to have a PBeM game of ACW running since it is so classic. PM me if interested.

EDIT: ooh sorry - thought this was the general discussion forum. still, this is where frank hunter games be at.... :)

You can buy it directly through our e-store. Comes with a printed full color manual.
AACW at MG e-store

Why do you people never check out the main website of Matrix, plenty of info there [;)]

I suspect a similar reason to why some people never check out a game's manual. :)
