Austrians besieging Serbs in Belgrade

I have an Austrian HQ plus 2 infantry corps in Belgrade. Along withs these units is 1 Serb corp.
I lost the battle for Belgrade on the first turn. Now my units are stuck, I cannot activate my HQ.
I have a save if you want it.

Hm, I think they're still fighting in the hex.  You can withdraw by clicking on the Austrian unit- there should be a "withdraw" command.

If you don't withdraw they will fight again next impulse.

Hehe, now I know why there were French and Germans in Paris at the same time. Just fired some Arty into the city and that got them Frogs out !

Thanks. I was a little confused about that. Does this only happen in cities?
