Industry Hex

Hi Folks
How do I conquer cities with the industry undamaged, likewise the food and raw material hexes.
I managed to get Riga and Smolensk but the industry is gone.
Can someone help me with his experience.

You can't use conquered industry so no matter how you take the hex its destroyed.

As for food and raw material, your chances are good if you don't have to fight for it and don't have to barrage it.
