latest amphibious problem

I am deep in the game as the entente and have been able to move troops from england to serbia and egypt with ease. However, the amphibious movement screen does not give me the option to land troops at gallipoli or smyrna. If i have complete contral of the seas and plenty of amphibious transports in each sea zone, why can't I perform an amphibious invasion at any of the ottoman port cities? also, i was only able to land troops at beruit after i had taken it by land from egypt. I would like to invade the rest of the ottoman empire by sea but i am not given the option. please help.

IIRC the invading corps needs to be activated if used in an amphib operation (since a certain patch). Have you tried that?
