PBEM Problem

Hello--

I'm presently trying to do a PBEM with a friend. He is playing the Central Powers. He has repeatedly sent me his file after mobilization/deployment; I do entente mob/deployment, but when I click next it flashes "Busy" and goes to Entente Strategic Phase.

Shouldn't I be getting a "send file" message after I deploy?

Once he gets the file and opens it, it simply reveals all the Entente player information/deployments with no Central Powers units or options.

He has also told me that he has NOT seen a strategic phase option at any point, so something's not right here.

We have both downloaded the 1.32 patch.

Confused in Virginia.
