I hit billy fleet of transports that were removing his troops from wake. Was at least 30 AK so he had to have 2 divisions on wake.
I hit him with 6 bb's and he was lucky i didn't sink anything but i majorly damaged a few. I'll try to hunt them down.

With 8-12 Divisions accounted for in China and a few divisions estimated to have left wake i think have accounted for most ground forces of Japan.
I can't think of a reason Japan would have garrisoned port arthur or luda with any decent amount of units. They have conquered Russia already and are holding me on the west.

I have formed up task forces already for my units and already released all Australian units for duty with the SW Pacific. Our first objectives will be Iwo Jima & Baten Island.
We will jump off from Marcus Island to Iwo and conquer it quickly. Marcus Island is already a level 9 fort so i will leave a token NG unit or two with heavy Coastal guns. A blood bath will ensue should he try to take Marcus. Initial Recon shows no units at Iwo Jima or many of the other Atolls. I think he's pulling back to concentrate because my navy is superior. I want to creep up on the japs slowly and try to draw their navy out in a protracted invasion so i can smash their invasion fleet with my fleet. My fleet is 90% operational with two bb's up for service in Singapore. The new Battleship USS Maryland is a Colorado class ship with 16inch guns. She will be used to bombarded Iwo Jima for several turns before landing. After we take Iwo Jima i will land 2 Australian Divisions and a Engineer Unit on Island Baten. That will allow me to see if any Japanese try to move through to the Philippines or Singapore or India as billy has threatened.

Once i take Iwo Jima & Baten Island I will form up my units at Shanghai. I'm also thinking before i land in Luda i will drop a small unit on the PI to try to decoy and feint my real intentions. Once I land in Luda i want to quickly take it and then take out Port Arthur. My goal is that by landing there i will make billy's positions in Western China Untenable and he will be forced to withdraw. When he does this my fleet can pounce on him and hopefully score a decisive victory. The other option is he will pull back to a line from Tientsin/Peking back to Fushun and try to box me in and preserve his supply line to Korea. If that happens well I'll try to maneuver up the railroad to Anshan and try to cut off his supplies. This will have to be a battle of maneuver. If i can cut him off i can do to him what he did to me by encircling the Russians.
