Minor Problem w. Tutorial

Probably just me, but I'm having issues with tutorial #2, adding detachments into an existing army or detachment in the same area. Tutorial says to just drag and drop onto the soldier icon and a popup will appear asking which unit to add the corps to. No matter how carefully I drag and drop I get a new detachment, never getting a chance to add it to another unit.

Also, one minor annoyance is that the exit button seems to be disabled in the tutorials. Neither it nor the escape key lets you exit the tutorial no matter how fed up you get with failed drag-and-drops.
