WW1 Gold Opened Firefox-Froze Mouse

This has been happening on my laptop and not the desktop that my other post was about, the Tannenberg lockup post.

This is the second time when I got to the main menu, weird things happened. The first time the Matrix menu showed through the main menu, and the mouse was frozen. The mouse froze after I closed the Matrix menu, and the Main menu was showing.

The second time, my browser opened up when I clicked "Play Game" and when it got to the main menu, the mouse again was frozen. I was able to close my browser first and then the mouse froze while at the main menu.

After I use the Task Manager to exit then I go back and the game runs fine.

Hello, some people are suffering several problems due to the UAC filter on.
Can you try the game with UAC off, please?
